Have some wine, beer, and hors d’oeuvres and listen to four acclaimed poets read from their work and discuss how the current political climate affects their creative lives. Continuing in a long tradition of poets who respond to the larger issues of their times, these writers will present an engaging and thought-provoking program at the Ames Chapel at 7 PM.  Door opens at 6:30pm.

Martha Collins

Martha Collins is the author of eleven books of poetry, three of which focus on race, and the co-translator of five volumes of poetry by Vietnamese authors. She lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
